Wow time flies when you aren't watching! Rachel is getting married in less then a month! I have been getting ready for the wedding and also for going into the Air Force I have been working out and I have a trainer who has been kicking my butt two days out of the week! I have been feeling great the last couple of days. I have a Monday meeting with a Recruiter a 1600 hours.
I applied at a Wal-mart. I am going to try to get out of McDonald's after four year of grease and fast food I am done with all of that! I sure hope I get out soon I am sure hope I find a good paying job.
I am still deciding if I want to stay in town one more year before I go into my career. I think I might stick around one more year so I can get a little more knowledge under my belt.

Today!
I had a fun day chasing a dog that was not even my. My Friend Erik and I were getting some pizza a at store and we saw a dog running a away from a VERY upset owner who was swearing Blue Fire! Well Erik and I were feeling like have some fun and so we chased the dog for a while and then the owner finally gets the dog and we went back to my house and told the story.
Other then that I found out that I made $11,000 last year but I don't even have $3000 I don't know where it all went but I am amazed a how much I made that is for sure. It didn't feel like I made that much.

Want am I going to do
Well I am studying a ASVAB book it is the test that you have to past to get in the army. I am planing on going to the Air Force. Now when you hear Air Force you think of flying Right? Well there is that but a lot of other things also. I am going out for a K-9 unit! But to get there is a long road of hard work. First you have to past a test that is kinda like the SAT and then you have to be hired and then you have to go though Training and then you have to serve for a couple of year before you can be a K-9 unit. So right now I am work out everyday that I can and studying hard so I can past the first time I take the test. It will take about 4 months to study.

Greatest struggle!
Some people have ask me what is my greatest struggle? I can say that one of my greatest struggles is be who God wants me to be! The other struggle it being able to be different from the world! An example of this is like what happened to me at work! I was cleaning the grills and the of my employees walk up to me and then they asked me to swear. Which I find this encouraging because this means that they realize that I am different from them. Because I wouldn't not Swear for them. I believe that we are all tested everyday with a trial. Now we don't all pass the trials sometime we fail! Me I believe I fail more than I pass though these trials! I believe that Satin has defiantly placed somethings in the way of the road of life. They are the stumbling blocks of life and if you are not looking for them you will stubble on them! Remember these stumbling blocks come in all different kinds of thing that the world has to offer. Watch Out for Them or you will surely stumble on them!

Do Movies Influence Me?
Do movies influence me? I believe them do, and that all the movies we watch have a hidden message behind them. Some of the messages go like this. "There is no god" or "that god is everything and IN everything!" Or their is the message like this! "God Is the Creator of the world and he has the power to judge his Creation and he will and we need to ask him for forgiveness because we have sinned against a Holy God and He will Judge us by the Ten Commandments. And if we are are found guilty on the day of Judgement then we will spend eternity in Hell. But if we Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ we will be saved! And Are sins will be washed away and we will spend eternity with Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ."

The things you do can they Influence other people?
Yes, they can and they do! I have noticed it in my own life. Whether it is the things you say, or maybe it is your actions. The things you do can and will influence and could hurt other people around you! Remember that "Actions speak louder than words!" I am not the best example there is, in fact I am probably one of the worse examples to others around me. I am not always the well behaved kid or the guy who does what is right! I know that I am the reason that many people are mad or sad because of what I do or what I say. But I can't just say I am sorry I have to walk the talk and not just talk the walk! What I mean by that is that I have to do the actions not just the words! And that way I will not be a hypocrite to everyone around me.

Life!
Today has started out well! I was going to go and fill the truck up with gas and I looked and saw that my back tire was really low on air! I was looking forward to getting new tires but not right now! Well, I am going to have them patch it up for now and I will make a trip to the store and find some tires! Well I have to work today and so does my sister. So we are hoping that we will be able to get the truck fixed before we both have to work! I had some fun on Saturday! I had some friends come to the drop off and we all jumped in the river and it was COLD!!!! We swam across the river and got to the other side and we were Cold! But we had to swim back across to get back to the trucks! And the last swim across was so hard I thought I wouldn't make it! But we did and after a hot shower we ordered a big pizza and sat in the back of the truck and ate pizza like a bunch of Rednecks! LOL!

Well I am looking forward to Saturday! I am going to pick a couple friends up and I am going to bring them to the drop off! And Erik and I will show them how to have some real fun! We are planning on jumping in the river that is there. We haven't done that yet so this should be interesting! I had an interesting morning! I got out of bed and mowed the lawn at 8:40am! LOL! It was kinda weird but I have one more yard I want to do before I have to fill the snack machines. And after that I have to go work at McDonalds! And so you can see that I am going to be busy today! Well I was going to go and do all that right away but my mom said that I should do some school before I do everything that I had planned! Well, it looks like Saturday is going to be a nice day!

Stuff happening around Here!
Well, I am on week two of my 14 week workout and I feel great! It has been raining the last few days and I haven't gotten a chance to do anything outside. So I have been working a lot at Mickey D's! This week is pay week and I am looking forward to that because I need some money.
Well, so far my truck is still running and I still like it! I have thought a lot about what I am going to get after the truck dies. It might last though the summer and maybe the winter but I am not sure. So I am saving as much as I can. If I wanted to save money on gas and repairs I should get a car instead of a truck. But with a truck you can haul things and drive through mud and other stuff! But I guess that all depends on what I can afford at the time!
Well, After a month of working on Saturdays I finally get one off! This Saturday I have off and I am going to do something, but I am not sure what but I will think of something! O yeah, last night I was driving home from work and I hit a rabbit and then a little time goes by and I almost hit another ONE! So be on the look out for the Wascally Wabbit!

News!
Well you might notice that I changed my music to the Theme Songs instead of the worded songs. I like the Theme Songs better because they are not hardcore Rock, Rap and their are no words to them so you aren't being taught things or words that should Never Be Said! I know a couple of the TV Shows and Movies that these belong to. Some of the Old TV Shows I used to watch as I was growing up! One thing I notice! The movies back then aren't as hardcore and Rough Swearing and Gory as the movies today! I like the older Shows then the newer ones! But that is just me. I am kinda old Fashion!

Have you ever thought about what you are going to do after School?
Have you Ever thought of what you are going to do or be when you are out of School? I have been doing a lot of thinking on the subject. The times are tough. So tough that some people aren't able to get jobs. I feel lucky to have one myself! But I can't tell you that I want more then anything to get out of Greasy McDonald's. I have been in grease for almost three years and I am thinking it is time for a change. But where would I go and make the same or more money then I am making now! I can say that I have searched and found little things that aren't going down. One that I have thought about is the Air Force. The things and benefits you can get by going in the Air Force are things I have thought about. The one thing I wouldn't like is that I would belong to the government and would have to do and go where the say. I have started a morning BMT(Basic Military Training) training workout and it will take me 18 week to complete it. With my height now I should weigh 220 lbs! I Weigh 160 right now! That means I would have to put on 60 lbs! I have decided to start my physical training and see if by next summer I will be able to meet their standards. I am can do everything that they want me to do right now but I figged that if I can't meet the standards by next summer then that will be my answer for the Air Force. By their Standards I should be 220 lbs and be able to run constantly for 30 to 40mins and run 1.5 miles in 8.55mins. And also be able to do 45 push ups and 70 sit ups 10 pull ups all in ONE MINUTE! I can do all the push up and sit ups and pull up But not in One Minute! I probably can run the 1.5 miles. But probably not in their time. I still have a year before I have to make any Big Choices. I am Praying that the Lord Shows me what I am to do. I am not sure what I am going to do for sure. But I will wait on the Lord and He will show me what his plan is for me.

fun! Fun! FUN!
Well, I had a fun time on Saturday. My friend, Erik, and I got a pizza and watched what we thought would be a movie worth watching. Wrong! The more I watch movies the more I am finding that there is not much that is worth watching! So we shut off the movie and played video games instead. Then about 1:00am or so we went to bed! When we woke up we were not sure of what to do so we thought about going to the Drop Off! The Drop Off is a place Erik and I found and we like going there with our trucks and exploring! We went there and took both trucks. When we got there we saw there was a good sized mud puddle and so we went though it with the trucks, had some fun doing that! So when we were done having fun in the mud we looked around for something hard to throw some glass bottles at. We went on top of the Drop off and tossed the bottles down the Drop Off, which is about 70 feet, so we thought they would break but to our amazement they didn't! So we picked 'em up and filled 'em with water and tossed 'em at some trees and they broke! It was very cool to watch, so with did that with the rest of them. Then we went back on the Drop Off and saw my sisters had come and so we had some fun with 'em. Then we went by the river and watched our dog swim in it. And this is when we came up with a plan to jump in, too! But we weren't sure how deep it was so I, being the tallest, was going to go in first. I had worn two pairs of shorts and two shirts so I was going to take one layer off and take my shoes off as well. Well, we hadn't thought about where we had broke the bottles, so, when I took off my shoes, I stepped on a good sized piece of glass! It stuck right into my heel! And by the time I had lifted my foot up to see what happened the glass had just fallen out! I didn't feel a thing in my foot! But blood was coming out pretty quick! In the time it took me to put my other shoe on, my foot was covered in blood and a puddle had formed right under my foot. Now most people would freak OUT! But for me I was having a blast! My older sister on the other hand was freaking out! So I hopped to the truck on my good foot and my friend drove me home and I washed off the blood and found the cut and it was only about a cm long! LOL! I put a bandage on it and then I ate lunch! LOL! Now I have a dull ache in my foot, but I am still having as much fun as I did before!

Questions
Life What is it? Is it something that we earn? Or was it just given to us? Is there a meaning to Life?
God gave us Life. We didn't earn it. There is a meaning to Life. We were made in the image of God. Our mission it to bring people to Christ. There are those who throw away their Life because they don't think that it is worth living. But they don't know what God, the creator of the universe, has done for us! He gave us Life and He gave us the choice to do what is right or to do what is wrong. We all have done what is wrong and we would have had to go to Hell for what we did, but the God of the Universe stepped in and died on the cross for our sins! If you are saved then get out there and bring people to Christ! For the End Times are here and there is not much time before God comes back!

Well, today is fun already! I stayed in bed until 9:30 and got most of my school done and then changed the oil in my lawn mower and along with filling it up with some gas. I started it and mowed the backyard and then ate some pancakes. Now I am going to go and play outside before it rains! So it has been a busy day and I still have a few things I want to do! Well, I had better get going before the rain comes!

Does Music have an influence on You?
I am someone who loves the outdoors and who likes country songs. I don't like all of 'em, but some I like a lot! Could it be possible that music has an influence on me? I most certainly believe that some songs do have an influence on people. Take Rock for example. Most of the Hardcore rock songs are people just screaming and yelling! Or Rap? A bunch of words thrown together and then spit out and to make interesting sounds! I can also say that even country has a good and bad influence on me! Not all of the songs that are country are all cowboys and trucks! They have thrown in things that aren't suppose to be in songs. All we do is listen to the good parts and the other parts, that have things in 'em that we don't like, we could listen to 'em and ignore 'em! The music we listen to defines us. People are watching us and they read and understand us by our music! Christians today should watch what they listen to! Because if we listen to everything that the world listens to, what makes us different from them?

Busy Bee!
Well, I have had a fun time so far. I had to fix my truck. I went to go put the key in to start it and the key wouldn't go in and so I had to pay for a new set of keys and a new ignition for the truck! That was yesterday. Today I just mowed the front and some of the back yard and I need some gas and I need to change the oil. Well, that is all for now!

Is it Hard to be the Second Oldest?
Well, one thing I can say that after awhile you get used to the noise and dirty diapers and the messy house. After almost 17 years of training and learning how to cook and clean and work and babysit and protect. Some day when I will have a family of my own to work hard for and clean and cooked and protect I won't have to ask how to raise my children or cook food. My Parents have done a great job in raising what will soon be 9 kids.

A Tough Morning
Today was a tough morning. I had to work late last night and didn't get back till 12:00AM. And then I tried to sleep but couldn't get to sleep. And then I took a shower, and then I tried to sleep. And it was about 1:30 when I got in bed and slept till 8:30am. And then I got up and ate something and then I read the Bible. And then mom said that the Snack Machines needed to be filled. And that is like a Free Get Out of School Card! So I jumped at the chance to go and drive around! My sister, Sarah, came along. The first machine we filled was right by a DQ and so we stopped in and went to the door and it was LOCKED! And all the lights were on! And there we were and so I thought to go through the drive thru. And no luck! Then I thought to check the times and there was about two minutes left before they were going to open. And we waited around for two minutes and then they opened the door and we went in and ordered two small Blizzards. There was a sale on blizzards that day. Buy One and get another for 25 CENTS! So we got two Blizzards and paid $3.48! And Boy that was good!! After we ate that we went and did the other machines and then we came home and it was lunch time and so we ate lunch and now I am waiting to go to work at 4pm.

Sickness!
Sickness! Why do we get Sick all the time? Well the answer is very simple. We aren't following God's diet that he gave us in the Bible. You see when God made the garden of Eden there were no DQ's, McDonald's, Pizza Hut's and any other kind of fast food places you can think of! There was fruit and veggies and water and it wasn't until after the Flood that we were able to eat Meat.

Worried!

Why is this happening to Me?
Have you ever wondered why things happen? Why some days go great and why others go bad? Why do somethings happen to you? Or why something doesn't happen to you?
Well, have you ever been hungry? What if I said, "Lean back and I will give you a cup of flour. And then give you a tsp of salt. And a half a cup of Crisco. And chase it down with a cup of buttermilk! Or how about if I mix it all up and make biscuits! The things you use to make biscuits don't taste good by themselves! But when you mix them all together they taste great. There is a verse in the Bible that says that: Everything that happens works together for good for them who love God. It doesn't say the everything that happens is good but the end result is good!

Things I have been Doing!
Well yesterday was Fun! My friend Erik and I went to my grandparents and had a Blast! We played with a Baseball! And then we went to the creek and jumped in! The water was COLD!! But we were having too much fun to notice! After awhile we were getting a little bit cold and so went started back to the house. And Boy our clothes stunk! So we changed into some sweats and put another shirt on and had a cup of Hot Chocolate! Then we waited from a while and then went outside and played some more! Then my family and his family came and we cooked pizza and the kids played Hide and Seek! After it got dark we all went inside and then I found a tick on my neck! Everyone that had been outside run to the bathroom and to see if they had any on them! But I was the only one! Lucky! Well, today I am not going to have to work at McDonald's and so I am going to try to have some fun outside!

Dating Or Courting?
Well I am sure that some of you have heard of Courting but you are probably more familiar with Dating. Some of the new generation doesn't know about Courting because it has been almost totally replaced with Dating. What is the difference between Dating & Courting? We will start with Courting. You consider each other friends and you keep in touch by letter or in today's world, Email or talk on the Phone. You get to know each other better by talking on a day to day basis. And for the Man who is Courting the Daughter is always asking the Father to take her on walk or go eat at a restaurant. Dating you consider each other Boy/Girl Friend. And in most cases you kiss in front of everyone and you go on Dates!

Cameras!
I am so exited, I am going away for two days and am going to learn more about cameras from Daniel! I have always had an interest in cameras. There is a video shooting an Thursday and Daniel said that he would let me run the cameras. I started out making little 3 min videos and than I met Daniel and now I will be helping make real videos and spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Media is one of the best way to speak to the people of this day and age. A quote from Daniel is that the best camera person is the one that makes it like there is no camera. In other words, you are so drawn in to the film and you don't notice the camera movements! I am not to that point but I hope I soon will be!

Driving Manual Cars and Trucks
Driving a manual car is great fun after you get it down on when to shift up or down! It took me a while to get it down. I would stop at a stop sign and then try to drive away and the car would kill! Boy, if you were in the car with me you were in for a bumpy ride! But now I am very good at it! the reasons I wanted to learn how to drive a manual is because it is fun to drive one and I have plans to be a trucker when I am 19 so I thought that it would be good to learn ahead of time before I got a trucking job!

Thing I wanted to do Before I Die!
I had this question put to me in a survey a friend sent me! So I thought about it for a while. I would like to travel around the world! And one way I could do this would be to be a Trucker! It would be fun unless I had a big family of my own because I would be gone for a long time! But I was thinking I could do that for a couple of years and then buy a house out in the Country! I Love the Country!

OK a lot has happened since the last time I blogged! I am going to be 17 this year and I have been offered management at Micky D's. My mom is going to have another baby! I hope it is a boy! Well so far I have only had to go to the Doc one time this last year! I had a Really Bad Ear ACHE! It sounded like there was a Fire alarm in my ear the whole time! It really hurt, too! My ear drum was so big you could see it without any tools! The Doc gave my some Horse pills for the pain and the reason I say "horse pills" is because they were HUGE! The Pills took away the pain but they made the Ringing worse! I had to go to work with the ringing in my head which didn't help! I couldn't hear very good! My boss would say something and I would go "What?" It sure took some time to get rid of the ear ache! But I was sure glad when I ran out of those horse pills! I hate taking pills of any kind! Well, right now I have exactly two and a half years of school left!

Mcdonald's Worker!
Well I guess I am going to have a lot of fun while I am getting trained. I went to work at McDonald's and I looked at the places sheet (it is where you can see where you are working that day) and I saw that my job was going to be to put the sandwiches together. In other words I was going to take a bun and put the ketchup and mustard and meat on it and wrap it up. But then it is not just my job to do that well, but I also have to do it as fast as possible. At McDonald's we have a timer on everything. We have a timer on how fast we can take a customer's order and how fast we can make the food and rap it up and put it in a bag and hand it out the window and during this time you are to be nice to the customer even if the customer is being rude or giving you a hard time. If you cannot do more then three or four jobs at a time then you are going to have a hard time because the manager is going to be telling you to take this order and then tell you to hand another order out the window and to make more food and to be fast and friendly. And so I hope that you can control your temper and not talk back to your boss! (but I am going to, Man!) That is my job at McDonald's and I am proud to be a worker there. However, it being my first day of making sandwiches, I don't really know what goes on each sandwich. For an example, the Double Cheese Burger gets Ketchup, Mustard, Onions, two Pickles, two slices of Cheese and two pieces of meat. And it varies for each sandwich like the Mcdouble almost the same thing as a Double Cheese Burger but it only get one slice of cheese. Which is kinda strange being that the Double Cheese Burger is $1.27 and the Mcdouble is $1.07 and it is because one slice of cheese is 20 cent! You have to be watching for this!

Hair Cut!!!!!!!!!
Well, tomorrow is hair cut day. I am not sure what to do with my hair because I am a little bit picky with how I have my hair. I don't think that a Mohawk would be cool and a spiked hairdo would be just too weird! and since I have thrown out the modern styles then it will be interesting to see what I choose!

Snow
If you live in a warm place you may not know what snow is. Well, it is white, it is cold and if it melts and gets frozen again it makes driving hard and dangerous! I myself have had some times that it has been so slippery that when you stomp on the brake you don't even feel like you hit the brake! I have lived in MN all my life. And I have dealt with cold weather, for some of you cold weather is 30-60 degrees. For me it is more like 10 degrees and lower like -10 below!

Two Jobs
Having two jobs is a chore, but it's also a learning thing. I have been working at McDonald's for about two years now and I have been working at a grocery store for about a year. And I just had one of those days where everything just couldn't get any better and then my boss says " I want to talk to you" and I wasn't sure if I was in trouble or I was going to get fired. But, when I got pulled aside my boss said that I was doing a great job and said that he wanted me to be a Crew Trainer! This means I would have more responsibility and I would be making more money. He asked me to commit to working more hours. The only way I could do all this would be to quit at the store. I thought well, I would probably be making more money if I was working at McDonald's and being a Crew Trainer, than working at the store and making minimum wage. which is $6.55 per hour when I am already making $7.35 per hour at McDonald's. So I am going to quit the store and work at McDonald's only. "Everything works together for good for them that love God!" And that is what I am thinking, I did not see how it could turn out but it all worked together for good!

Waiting And Waiting
Have you ever had to wait for something? You probably start out being so happy and then it seems like forever for it to happen. Then it is the time and it vanishes in a blinking of an eye. And then you wonder if it happened or if you just dreamed it all up. It was such a great dream and it seemed so real that you had it all in your mind. But then when you wake from this wonderful dream, only to find it is a dream, you are disappointed and you wonder why it is this way. You sometimes get angry and you ask God why, and you have two choices: 1) get angry or 2)"Wait on the Lord and He will renew your strength." (Isaiah 40:31) So wait for the Lord. He will help you wait if you call upon the Name of the Lord and serve Him while you are waiting and move ahead bold and confident!

Trip to the Dentist
Have you ever gone to the dentist and he says, "You have a cavity"? Well, if you have had a cavity before you know what it is like. But for you lucky people who have not had a cavity before I will tell you what it was like for me with my first cavity. I go to the dentist and he tells me to sit in a chair and while I'm am sitting in the chair he pulls out a 6 foot needle and puts 10 gallons of Novocaine in the needle. This about the time I freaked out and started to run around. The dentist finally fought me back into the chair and stuck the needle in my gums and I felt numb. Then he took a drill and stuck it in my mouth and started to drill that cavity away. And then he took out his squirt gun and started to squirt my cavity. While he was squirting my cavity he put a vacuum in mouth and he vacuumed my mouth. Then he took a flash light and put it on my cavity and an hour later he started to fill in my cavity and than he took the light and put it on my tooth again and a hour later he took out a sander and started to sand my tooth smooth and than he says, "You are done! It will take a few hours for your face to wake up!"

Sports
Do you play sports? Many people do. Have you ever thought about why people play sports? For some it is fame others it is to make sure that they are in shape. For the ones who do it for fame they are always showing off. But if you think about it, it is kind of silly that they spend a lot of time for something that is not going to last. In fact, it is sad to think while they are spending all their time playing sports. Some people treat those players like gods. They make millions of dollars when they play and they use all of the money on themselves when people all around them are in need of something. Some people don't have enough food, some can't work and they need help, but in the end that sports player does what he wants and does not think about any one else.

TallKid
Where did I get a name like Tallkid? Well, let me put it to you this way, I work in a store and most of the management in less than 6 ft tall. So I am the Tallkid. I have a lot of other nicknames, but I am mostly called Tallkid. Some of you maybe thinking that some nicknames can hurt your feelings, but only if you let it. What I mean by that is, you don't have to take all of the names you are called to heart. People sometimes don't know when to stop. But most of the time it is just a joke. But if you know that it is not a joke here is a thing you should always remember: "Sticks and stones may break my bones but words will never hurt me!" You have to believe it for yourself and not because other people say it. It has to be a fact true about you. If these thing are not true about you, you will be able to take people's name calling and not think that they are true.
