The golden Arches are the second most recognized symbol in the world,second only to the Christian Cross. McDonald's has more than twice the market share of it's closest competitor. You have joined a winning team. We believe in you as an individual or we would not have hired you. As a new team member of McDonald's we would like for you to get a chance to knows us. I have work at McDonald's for almost 3 years and I can say that it has been a good place to work. It has lots of opportunities and a chance for you to feel what it is like to have responsibility!
